velqazir Lumen Arc Marble Table Lamp

The Lumen Arc Table Lamp is the piece you notice twice — first as a shape, then as a light. A single sweep of matte-white powder-coated aluminium rises from a solid cylinder of honed white marble and carries a small opal glass globe out over the surface it lights. Nothing is decorative for its own sake: the arc exists to place light exactly where you read, work or set down a cup, and the marble exists to keep that gesture standing still.

We designed it for the way small spaces actually get used. Because the light source cantilevers forward instead of sitting directly above its base, the lamp needs only a sliver of surface area — the footprint of a coffee mug — yet throws a full pool of light across a nightstand, a console, or the end of a kitchen counter. The arm is hollow-drawn aluminium, so the lamp weighs less than it looks and can be moved one-handed, while the marble base keeps it from ever feeling tippy.

The opal glass globe is hand-blown and sand-etched on the inside, which is what turns a bare LED into a soft, even, shadow-free glow. At 2700K it reads warm and low — the kind of light that makes a room feel finished at 9 p.m. rather than switched on. Pair it with a dimmable bulb and the lamp goes from task light to ambient wash in a single turn of the dial.

Every Lumen Arc carries a small debossed velqazir wordmark on the front of the marble base. It's the only branding on the object, and it's meant to be found rather than announced.
